Jonathan KrakoverJonathan Krakover

Jonathan Krakover, analytical chemist, has over 10 years of industrial experience working on developing and integrating LC/MS/MS techniques for the high sensitivity identification and characterization of proteins, peptides and their derivatives. Mr. Krakover has a multidisciplinary background that includes analytical chemistry, computers, electronics, automation and engineering that allows success at developing new and exciting technologies that have greatly benefited projects of various disciplines. He has extensive experience in purifying low abundance antigens, analysis of the oxidation of human proteins by LC/MS/MS, peptide, disulfide and glycosylation mapping, analysis and design of automated high through put and high sensitivity LC/LC/MS/MS system to purify and identify proteins from crude cell extracts, development of a dual ESI/APCI SFC-MS interface and development of OntoCHROM, an automated SFC/MS system. He is experienced with operation of mass specs Finnigan TSQ 700 – Triple quad, Sciex API III+ - Triple quad, Finnigan LCQ – ion trap, Leco Jauar – ESI-TOF, Micromass – Q-TOF-MALDI-reTOF and various protein separation systems. He is also highly experienced in handling low abundance proteins and developing software for protein analysis.
